The problem

The group's own website was the least convincing thing it had made, which is an awkward position for a creative business.
What we did
We built one design system with a typographic and motion language documented down to the easing curves, then a component library editors compose pages from without touching code.
Content is modelled per market with shared assets and localised overrides, so a launch in Nairobi reuses the Lagos structure without duplicating it. Scroll-linked motion is implemented once, respects reduced-motion preferences, and cannot be misapplied by an editor.
Visual regression tests run on every pull request, which is how a system with this much motion stays trustworthy over time.
