Design
Information architecture and flows first, then a design system built on tokens. Prototypes get tested with real users while changes still cost a morning.
Development
Two-week increments, demoed live, with typed contracts and review on every pull request. You see working software from the first increment onwards.
Testing
Automated coverage, load rehearsal at a multiple of your worst hour, accessibility audit, and a security review before anything carries real traffic.
Deployment
Infrastructure as code, staged rollout, and a rehearsed path back. Launches are events on a calendar, not evenings of collective anxiety.
Support
