How do engagements usually start?

With a 45-minute call, then a paid discovery week if there is a fit. Discovery produces a costed plan, an architecture direction, and the measures we will hold ourselves to. You own that document whether or not you continue with us.

What does a project cost?

Discovery weeks start at R48,000. Delivery is quoted per increment once scope is understood, typically R280,000 to R1.2m for a first production release, depending on integration surface and compliance requirements.

How quickly can you start?

Discovery can usually begin within two weeks. Full delivery teams are scheduled a quarter ahead, so the earlier a start date is confirmed, the more of the team you can have.

Do you work with clients outside South Africa?

Yes. We currently deliver into eleven countries and hold at least four hours of overlap with every client's working day. Contracts can be denominated in ZAR, USD, EUR, or GBP.

Who owns the code and the infrastructure?

You do, entirely, including source, infrastructure definitions, documentation, and store listings. Our access is scoped per environment and revoked at handover.

Can you work alongside our in-house team?

Often that is the best arrangement. We embed with your engineers, work in your repositories and rituals, and treat capability transfer as a deliverable rather than a side effect.
