What we collect

When you send an enquiry or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. We do not ask for anything we do not need in order to reply.

We also collect standard, aggregated analytics about how this site is used: pages viewed, approximate region, device type. This data is not used to identify individuals.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to provide services you have asked for, to send the newsletter you subscribed to, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Client data in engagements

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, we do so under a written agreement that sets out purpose, retention, and security obligations. Access is least-privilege, scoped per environment, and revoked at handover.

We do not use client data to train machine-learning models, and where we deploy AI systems on client data we do so under enterprise terms that exclude training on that data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for two years so that we have context if you come back to us. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Your rights

Under POPIA and the GDPR you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. Write to us and we will action the request within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required to make it work and to gather aggregate analytics. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party marketing pixels. Your browser settings can block cookies without breaking the site.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication and is logged. If a breach affecting your personal information ever occurred, we would notify you and the regulator as required by law.
