Who we are
Bonang Technologies was founded in 2018 on a straightforward premise: the people who decide the architecture should be the people who write the code, and both should understand what the business is trying to achieve.
We work in small, senior teams on a fixed cadence: discovery, increments you can see, measures agreed before we start. No pyramid staffing, no learning on your budget, and no platform you cannot own without us.

Process
The same sequence on a six-week internal tool and a nine-month platform. What changes is the depth of each stage, never whether it happens.
We spend time inside the operation before proposing anything. Interviews, process observation, data audits, and a clear statement of what success has to look like numerically.
Information architecture and flows first, then a design system built on tokens. Prototypes get tested with real users while changes still cost a morning.
Two-week increments, demoed live, with typed contracts and review on every pull request. You see working software from the first increment onwards.
Automated coverage, load rehearsal at a multiple of your worst hour, accessibility audit, and a security review before anything carries real traffic.
